His natural, holistic practice includes: Total Kinesiology (TK), AK, TBM, Neural Emotional Technique (NET), and chiropractic. Clinical nutrition, supplementation, Homeopathy, and herbs have a big emphasis in treating a difficult patients, professional, collegiate (NCAA Div 1), elite/ blue chip high school athletes and weekend warriors. 

Dr. Sahara not only practices on others but, 'practices what he preaches. This is due to his own life-changing story of a miraculous recovery from stage 2-3 testicular germ cell carcinoma (cancer.)  As a 8 year cancer survivor, he has  integrated Chiropractic Kinesiology into his primary out-patient treatment and has put cancer behind him altogether (similar to Lance Armstrong). Because of his experience, Dr. Sahara has found his passion and works diligently to bring patients' bodies back into balance - structurally, chemically and emotionally by using natural techniques.

Dr. Sahara currently works on NFL players, Pac-10 football players, basketball players, baseball players, track and field athletes, gynamatics stars, figure skaters and more.

Dr. Sahara also has attained post graduate certifications in Total Body Modification (TBM) and Natural Healing (NH). And he is currently working on completing the Diplomate program at the International College of Applied Kinesiology - USA (ICAK - USA).

Dr. Sahara received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California (USC), majoring in Exercise Science (Kinesiology). Furthermore, he then graduated from the Southern California University of Health Science, Los Angeles College of Chiropractic (LACC). Prior to becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Sahara attended USC School of Dentistry for three years.

This qualifies him to handle TMJ problems (jaw joint pain), headaches, migraines, neck & facial pain and other bodily injuries. Because of his expertise, Dr. Sahara has been a teacher assistant at AK seminars in Chicago.
